Mr. Johnny Lian
Director, Chairman & CEO

Mr. Lian is 43 years old and has been immensely successful and experienced as Chairman of JAS Singapore Group of Companies, which he solely founded as a young entrepreneur. His Singapore Corporation has subsidiaries and affiliate businesses spanning more than 13 countries covering information technology services, logistics systems, medical and hospitality, finance and investments.  Mr. Lian has been the visionary Chairman of his JAS Singapore Group of Companies since October 1992.

Mr. Lian graduated with a Degree in Business Administration from Thames Valley University in 1991.


Mr. Ratner Vellu
Director

Mr. Ratner is 43 years old and his career spans with in-depth skills on corporate migration and strategic emerging markets’ risk management.  Since 1999, he has successfully provided market entry leads for corporations by way of progressive investments or venture partnering on G2Bs and B2Bs in the areas of, but not limited to, information technology, advertising and equity financing.

Mr. Ratner graduated with Honours in Bachelors of Laws Degree from the University of London in 1994.


Mr. William Goh Han Tiang
Director and Treasurer

Mr. Goh is 38 years old and is an experienced banker of 14 years, having held positions at Sakura Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank, United Overseas Bank and Development Bank of Singapore. He has a wealth of experience in the areas of credit planning and management, financial risk and policy implementation, facilitation of cross border commercial and corporate banking.

Mr. Goh graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1995 with a Merit Degree in Bachelor of Business and he had also obtained the NUS Book Prize in 1992.
